Spatial embarked on a brand defining mission to provide guests with a fully immersive experience at The Sunset Room | SXSW 2022. We leveraged the power of sound to transport visitors in The Spatial Holodeck.

We partnered with Pink Sparrow and Stories Illuminated to completely transform The Sunset Room. The experience was centered around an unforgettable immersive art exhibit powered by Spatial with a seamless 360 degree wall-to-ceiling projection and over 74 channels of immersive sound built-in-wall speakers.

I coordinated multiple days of dynamic programming, including keynotes and fireside chats with industry leaders from Meow Wolf, National Geographic, TAIT, Disney, and top hospital groups.

I led the event operations and logistics to deliver seamless guest and staff experiences. Organized and executed logistics, vendor management, and ensured programming aligned with company and partner goals.

Spatial partnered with arts and entertainment collective Meow Wolf, who designed a pop-up for SXSW. I helped structure the partnership agreement and worked with the Meow Wolf team to make the event a reality.

Meow Wolf showcased a multidimensional world powered by Spatial audio technology creating a unique dynamic, interactive soundscape that took visitors through a stream of consciousness. I worked with the on-site team on build-out logistics, venue safety, and guest management.
